I am considering having the endometrial ablation, but I have some questions. I have had heavy bleeding for years which is controlled fairly well with BCPs. Unfortunately I still get the bloating, cramping, breast tenderness and headaches that go along with my period even on the pill. Would the ablation help with any of these other symptoms, or would it just help with the heavy bleeding?

Don't know if you remember or not, but I'm Mo and live in Scotland. Last you heard, I had a hissy fit in the Dr's because I'd had enough and nothing seemed to be getting done and he said he would let the consultant know I wasn't happy!!!
