When I gave Gator the messages, brought smiles and tears to her eyes! She wanted to send a note back, so she typed one on Word and I promised I would forward it on if I could figure out how. Debbie :::::::::::::NOTE FROM GATOR:::::::::::: Ladies........I'm here, I'm here! I'm not exactly where I would like to be but I am a little out-numbered and over-powered at the moment. I guess I'm going to have to eat a hell of a lot of Wheaties to overcome them! The surgery went great but I have had a few hiccups along the way. I can HONESTLY say I don't regret my decision in any way, shape or form! I can't say I expected to take this "scenic route/detour".....but I'll bounce back! I don't know what I would have done without Debbie and her hubby this last week. They have been nothing short of saints between just being here, holding Dan up, taking care of the pups, house, etc..... AND getting in touch with you gals! I understand Debbie has temporarily high-jacked my computer at the house and has been learning a lot about EA's, what to expect, etc......but that's ok. I miss you all and I can't tell you how much your thoughts, prayers,hugs and messages have meant!!!!! I hope everyone is doing ok! I'll have a lot of reading to catch up on when I get out of this prison......LOL BIG HUGS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gator

How far can a turtle get, anyway? Has he been eating Gator's Wheaties, then made a break for it? Anyway, sorry to hear about the sore arm. I got my flu shot last week (seasonal, not H1N1 yet) and it bugged me more than last time...hurt for a couple days. Shoulder is still sore now, but I don't think I can blame that on the shot anymore. Unfortunately, I think that 21 years of kid flipping is starting to take its toll, as it's been bothersome on and off for a while now. Debbie, what a kind friend to relay all these messages back and forth between here and Gator. Keep feeding her those Wheaties! And tell her that I think she just needs to power Henry up into overdrive. Glad to hear there are no regrets...there's nothing wrong with taking the "scenic route" every now and then, even if the road is a little bumpy. Hi to the rest of you non-Debbies! Deb...poor thing...at least now you won't start oinking...my kids at school seem to be fairly healthy for the moment...so knock on wood I've dodged the piggy flu for now... Janet...any word on your lungs lately...breathe...just breathe...I actually need my allergy shot...haven't gotten it in 2 weeks Gator...when are you going to get out of that prison...we could start a story about you being in jail...there's a start for you Janet...hope you are feeling well soon...keep eating those Wheaties...I baked a cake for you but ended eating all the icing...so when you get home I'll try again...big hugs for you... Woke up to find out that all sorts of things had gone wrong. Gators being very mean critters, she bit the head nurse for being a mean and uncaring person. What do you get when you are a Gator that bites nurses? Locked up in the local zoo. Our poor Gator is now the main attraction at the local zoo. Young children come by and try to taunt her, they throw things at the poor Gator. All she wants to do is just get out of her enclosure and eat all the mean people, but she is just too weak. Seriously, with no pity or anything like that, I wish you a speedy recovery. I am baking banana bread this week, and will hide some in the freezer for you. It's not cinnamon buns, but I don't have time to make those. There will be some homemade fudge hidden away as well - church bazaar this week, and I took over making the fudge from my mom. She made it for the church for years, and when she got sick five years ago I got her to tell me how to make it. So far I have resisted Farmville, as I am already addicted to Mafia Wars, Mob Wars, Pirates Rule the Caribbean and the Gem Swap game on Facebook. Have you EVER seen me on bathroom duty in the months you've known me? NOT ONCE! I've escaped it every blinkin' time the subject has come up! So... When I walk into our store....they have a whole area set up that has those little Yankee candles that you buy the whole box for 99 cents or something....they are the STRONGEST smelling candles I have ever smelled!! Smells like laundry detergent or something.....it always gives me a headache and my nose gets stopped up and I want to sneeze!! I know you haven't been in to work lately....but if you have those at your store.....you may want to stay away from those as much as you can!! Stuff like that rarely bothers me....so if it DOES bother me....I can only imagine what it does to someone with asthma or allergies or breathing problems.....I think they are TOXIC!! Okay...well...I had to go take care of little man and then I got him to take a nap....he was wiped out!! Sooooo....my mommy brain won't let me remember what all else I was going to post!! I got her a wireless phone card-should work- and not a moment too soon! I've been scared Gator was going to sign out AMA and take a cab home the last couple of days. My husband and I are going to take her lap top and the card down this evening and make sure it works.My luck, something would have to be configured, so I want to make sure it works first- so didn't tell her. She thinks I'm bringing the lap top down so she can type a note for me to send you! Wanted to say Good-Bye and Thanks for allowing me to intrude in your special community this past week. I'll have to admit, when Gator was so adamant that I get a message to you last week-I didn't get it, BUT I DO NOW! What a special group you have here-I'm glad Gator found you.
