Sorry to hear about your pain.

The hormone imbalance that some of us get post EA can trigger things like this. Ovarian cysts are the probable cause of the pain, you should see your dr for a definitive diagnosis and list of possible treatments. There is little you can do about this on your own, HRT is the most common form of treatment. I had ovarian cysts about 4 mos. after EA, and it was successfully treated by a 3 month regimen of HRT.

The extra lubricant/wetness - if it is clear stuff (like egg whites) down there can be from the same reason - your hormones are a little out of whack. Don't worry about it, it doesn't cause any real problems, and will eventually go back to normal. If it is more of a discharge, either whitish, yellowish, etc. You might have a yeast infection. They aren't too uncommon while we are healing.

Be careful of taking too much tylenol, taking a high dose for too long can cause liver problems. You can alternate with ibuprofen also, sometimes that works very well 1 dose tylenol, then the next dose ibuprofen, etc.
