Give yourself at least 5-7 days of "light duty" before you start to ease back into your usual activities. Your body just sustained the trauma of a third degree burn and is marshalling all its resources to start the healing process. The more support you can give it (rest, healthy eating, rest, lots of water, rest), the better you'll feel as you go forward.

Put down that vacuum and get back on the couch!
