Hope it helps!

I'm among the well-endowed, and I had a friend who had reduction surgery a couple of years ago. Let me just say - yes, it can help - but reduction surgery is much more complicated than implant surgery. The scars are more extensive, the healing takes longer, and you can have issues. My friend went to a well respected local surgeon in Virginia, and one side healed perfectly, but the other developed an infection at the stitches. It took months to heal, and did leave an unsightly scar.

You might also see if you can get a copy of the British show on large busted women dealing with this issue - I think it was called 'my big breasts and me' or something like that. Anyway, it followed several women through decisions about surgery, weight loss, and counseling. One of them did have the surgery, others went with weight loss, exercise, and therapy. It was interesting, and gave me more insight into what you face when you go down that path.
