I have a co-worker who just went through the surgery over the Christmas holidays. She is doing great and very pleased so far. She was overweight, but lost a lot over the recent years. But she still had problems with pain due to inflammation in the chest area. I can't recall the details. Anyway, her doctor recommended steroid injections or the breast reduction. She opted for the latter, I think hoping it will resolve the pain, but also because of the "cosmetic" aspect.

I, on the other hand, can relate to your clothes fitting problem only from the other extreme. I'm grateful not to have to deal with some of the problems of being large, but still wish I could find clothes to fit those of us less endowed. Why can't we all be happy mediums?
