I know I need to call the doc, but I am trying to figure out WHO to call. For a couple weeks, I have had a jabbing pain on my left side (put left hand on hip
and hold, fingertips angled down- so below and left of belly button.) Sometimes it lasts a while, others it dissipates as quickly as it happens. Morning,
night, before meals, after meals.... Saturday and again today, I was sitting for a while and when I stood, I stumbled from the pain. It felt like something was
slicing across my abdomen, hip to hip. After a couple minutes of standing hunched over and holding the chair, it went away. I am bloated (from right under ribs
down), crampy, tired and cranky; not pregnant (I tested--just in case). In December, I had an uterine ablation--maybe a complication, or other gyn issue? But
also history of IBS--gastro? Anyone have ANY idea what this could be caused by?! I don't want to waste copays by going to the wrong doc and my primary is
the doc who last told me I was too stressed and needed an au pair (um, sure) and it takes eons to get an appt with her anyways. Thanks for reading. Ideas
appreciated.
